- When this edition was taken, 12 of the 122 homes were confirmed available or coming soon; for the other 110 we were re-confirming availability with the owners. Their asking rents are included as listed. Homes already rented or off the market are not included.
- A figure is only shown when at least 5 homes stand behind it; the middle half (the range in which the middle 50% of asking rents fall) only for groups of 10 or more. Figures are rounded to the nearest €25.
- No addresses or owner details are used. A home can appear under more than one lifestyle.
- The index is published every quarter. Changes are shown only when the same figure had enough homes in both editions.
